By purchasing a ticket to attend a Chill & Chat event, you accept that the ticket is non-transferable and no refunds are allowed. We recommend verifying all details before completing your purchase.
By providing your personal information during registration, purchase, or participation in any Chill & Chat event, you acknowledge and agree that Chill & Chat will collect, store, and process the data you provide, including but not limited to your name, contact details, demographic information, language preferences, and event preferences. This information will be retained and used to build an internal profile that allows us to improve our services, personalize your experience, and communicate with you. You further agree that this data may be used for commercial purposes, including marketing communications, audience analytics, partnerships, and any other lawful business activity carried out by Chill & Chat.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and by registering, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any Chill & Chat event, you expressly consent to appear in photographs, videos, audio recordings, and any other audiovisual material captured before, during, or after the event, including your image, voice, likeness, and participation. You grant Chill & Chat a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publish said material in any format and medium (photography, video, audio recordings, social media, websites, print, etc.) for promotional, commercial, editorial, or informational purposes, without the need for additional authorization or financial compensation.
For safety reasons and respect for all attendees, entry or permanence at Chill & Chat events is strictly prohibited for persons who are under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances (legal or illegal), or who exhibit behaviors that disrupt order, coexistence, or event safety. The Chill & Chat organization and security team reserves the right of admission and permanence, and may deny entry or request the immediate removal of any attendee who violates this provision, without the right to a refund or any financial compensation.
Chill & Chat reserves the right of admission and permanence at all its events. This includes the authority to deny entry or remove any person who violates these conditions, poses a risk to themselves or others, or interferes with the proper conduct of the event.
All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, artists, vendors, and other participants. Violent, discriminatory, or disrespectful attitudes will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
Chill & Chat is not responsible for accidents, incidents, or consequences resulting from the consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the event, nor for damages caused by attendees who violate these rules.

Al aceptar los presentes Términos y Condiciones y al registrarte, comprar una entrada o participar en cualquier evento de Chill & Chat, consientes expresamente aparecer en fotografías, videos, grabaciones de audio y cualquier otro material audiovisual capturado antes, durante o después del evento, incluyendo tu imagen, voz, semejanza y participación. Concedes a Chill & Chat un derecho perpetuo, mundial, libre de regalías e irrevocable para usar, reproducir, distribuir, modificar y publicar dicho material en cualquier formato y medio (fotografía, video, grabaciones de audio, redes sociales, sitios web, impresos, etc.) con fines promocionales, comerciales, editoriales o informativos, sin necesidad de autorización adicional ni compensación económica.
Por motivos de seguridad y respeto hacia todos los asistentes, queda estrictamente prohibido el ingreso o permanencia en los eventos de Chill & Chat a personas que se encuentren bajo los efectos de alcohol o sustancias psicoactivas (legales o ilegales), o que presenten comportamientos que alteren el orden, la convivencia o la seguridad del evento. El equipo de organización y seguridad de Chill & Chat se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia, pudiendo negar la entrada o solicitar el retiro inmediato del asistente que incumpla esta disposición, sin derecho a reembolso ni compensación económica alguna.
Chill & Chat se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia en todos sus eventos. Esto incluye la facultad de negar la entrada o retirar a cualquier persona que incumpla estas condiciones, represente un riesgo para sí mismo o para otros, o interfiera con la correcta realización del evento.
Se espera que todos los asistentes mantengan un comportamiento respetuoso hacia el staff, artistas, proveedores y demás participantes. Actitudes violentas, discriminatorias o irrespetuosas no serán toleradas y podrán dar lugar a la expulsión del evento sin reembolso.
Chill & Chat no se hace responsable por accidentes, incidentes o consecuencias derivadas del consumo de alcohol o drogas antes o durante el evento, ni por daños ocasionados por asistentes que incumplan estas normas.
